We are very happy with our Stairlift. The young man that installed it did a great job and he made sure we knew how to work it. We rode it up and down several times and he explained all the parts like the swivel seat. So Very Thankful we have this Stairlife

The sales consultant was very honest and straight forward. Consumer Reports rank Bruno as the number one chair lift product. The engineer who installed the chair lift did an excellent job and had me participate in the use tutorial. The experience of using the product for the past month has been excellent .

Product is great. In my own business experience I think the company who installs the product does a one week follow up and a thirty day follow up call to speak to the customer about how the product is working for them or are there any issues.

Best thing we ever did. The entire experience from the sale thru the installation was absolutely wonderful. The most informative and wonderful people to work with.
