The Stair Chair is an outstanding Product Installed By Well Trained Professional Technicians. We had 2 installed in one Day - one to our Basement & one to the 2nd floor. They gave us our house back!!!! A big plus they can be used as Dumb Waiters - saving running up & down stairs with Laundry! Reasonably Priced! Pete & Diane

The product, sales person, and installers are great! Makes it much safer and easier for my mom to go to the basement for items and to her car.

Excellent designed product. Installed less than 4 hours with folding rail. Working perfectly for last 6 months, so far I do not have any issues. .

Installation was great,as was the crew. However, two or three weeks later, I had sporatic problem running the chair-lift up and down...it works okay with the remote but not all the time with arm switch...called and tech walked me through, at which time it was working...he said I had to make sure lever on the side was locked in place before I went up and down...I've been doing it but I still have sporatic trouble...I'm afraid if it keeps up, it could lead to more serious problems down the road. The Bruno stairlift is an answer to a prayer! So quiet while traveling and much more aesthetically pleasing to the eye than my much older lift I replaced. No more exposed blackened, greasy rail! And five stars to my local company Grace In Motion! These guys are pros at their trade AND know they are dealing with people who have life changing needs and have compassion and understanding for the person (first)/customer.

The chairlift is really slow and makes a lot of noise. The foot rest should come out farther for your feet. Do not recommend!
