It gave me my independence back to travel from my split-entry home. I dreaded to use the stairs due to falling going down and assistance to return upstairs. That no longer exist, my husband regrets not doing it earlier to help in my life long disability. The Bruno equipment is A+ in many aspects of operation and design.

One thing that would be nice...when the chair docks onto the battery charger, it would be good for seniors who are hard of hearing if the audible tone could be louder.

Installers were very social and listened to my concerns. The only “complaint “ is the distance from the wall and therefore real estate taken up on the steps. This was due to the door frame and no pinch requirements.

Makes noise going up and down empty. It has been treated on track and still makes noise.

This is my second purchase of a BRUNO Stairlift. About 2 years ago I purchased the ELAN Indoor Straight Stairlift and it worked fine, but I found it "to be in the way" blocking the stairway at the bottom of the stairs when just carrying items up and down the staircase without using the Stairlift. So a few months ago, I purchased the CRE-2110 Elite Curve Custom Curved Rail Stairlift, and I am very happy with it. It is completely out of the way when anyone is going up or down the stairs without using the Stairlift. I would recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing a Stairlift to purchase the "Curved" Stairlift because it is completely around the corner and out of the way when going up and down the stairs on foot.

The chair lift shakes and does not seem the hold a full battery charge .The charger shows a dual flashing yellow and orange when it's used.
