Delivered as scheduled. A style question was resolved on the day and the staff accommodated my request. Stairway works as designed and is a boon to daily living as I can now utilize every room in our house. Well done.

AA Eastern Mobility (Woodsboro, MD) provided sales and installation of my Bruno SRE- 2010 ELITE stairlift. From selecting the right chair for me to the timely ordering of the chair to delivery and outstanding installation of the product, AA Eastern Mobility couldn't have been better. Office and installation personnel were all knowledgeable, highly efficient and courteous. A great vendor for your product. And the stairlift itself is outstanding; comfortable, smooth riding, sturdy, perfect for my needs.

Dan the sales rep explained the product totally and came through on everything he said he would do. Customer service was timely in ordering the product and setting a date for install the ends. The installer whose name is Kyle came on time and was very efficient and knowledgeable while installing Kyle demonstrated everything and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with model I chose and the quality.

This stair lift has and will save our life. The installers did a fantastic job and it works as described. I wish the speed going up and down was faster. But I guess I'm in too much of a hurry for everything. Love it and have recommended it and let friends try it that told me they need one and are shopping around.

After the stair-lift was installed, about four days or so, The chair feels like the rollers are slightly noisy. I guess after running the system has settled and kind of broke in now. When the chair gets to the bottom of the stairs the chair won't rotate to the left so I can get up and out of the chair easier. Other than those two items I'm very happy with the equipment. Feels very solid when in operation.
