VERY HELPFUL GREAT PRICE

After two weeks of waiting for the lift to arrive it had bad parts. They had to order new parts. I requested the parts to be overnighted because i didn’t want to wait another two weeks since I had no other way of getting out of my house. My request fell on deaf ears. It took one and a half weeks to get the new parts. Everything is in and working now. Hopefully in the future the company will take into consideration of a handicap person needs to get out of their house and expedite parts.

Great sales meeting, excellent installation and orientation, very prompt and knowledgeable follow-up on concerns, and a wonderful product. These folks are customer-oriented and have it all together!
