It's simple to manipulate, helps me at the end of the day when I'm more sluggish and achy, helps me bring up stuff I need but only have two hands. In other words, it's a "problem-solver." The stair elevator was custom fit to my staircase that required a length extension. The operation is straightforward and safe. The weight capacity meets my needs. Cost was reasonable.

We were apprehensive about what the installation of a stair lift in our home would involve but from the initial consultation and measurement to the actual install, 101 Mobility was able answer our questions and instruct us in the proper use of the lift in a professional and friendly manner. The lift is quiet and still provides plenty of room for someone to use the stairs without the chair. We are very happy we chose the Bruno Elan straight stair lift. An added bonus is the product is manufactured right here in Wisconsin!
