I requested a stair chair from the VA and Bruno responded within a few days. The technician was polite and very efficient in forming a solution for installation and operation. He was very thorough in the training and explanation of the chair operation.

The lift has worked out wonderfully. Operation is safe and meets the need of the user. Lift was installed by Advantage Medical of Dundalk, Md. who were great to work with. They came out for questions and pre-measurement. We weren’t sure when and if we would need the lift and they provided no pressure which was appreciated. When we ordered, installation was that week and job was done in an hour! Only Kudos to Advantage Medical and Bruno.

The equipment is excellent and easily mastered. Installation was professional and the installer was obviously experienced. Response to a minor issue was prompt, courteous and the matter resolved. I recommend Washington Medical Supply for providing the product and installation.

Both the Bruno Stair glides installed by 101 Mobility in my home have provided me a stair free environment and increased my quality of life substantially.
