Initial contact was pleasant and informative. I was kept up to date as to when the item would be installed. Day of installation personnel were on time and worked efficiently and quickly. They took time to show us how to use the item and answered many questioned. They cleaned everything up and left quietly leaving information as to how to contact them if any problems occurred.

Am 90 year old male with dangerous difficulty using stairs at our home. Access to upstairs ham radio station was important. Reviewed chairlifts via computer, then spoke to several different companies, and all friends who had any maker's chairlift. Bruno sounded best. Bruno rep who came to us was great, installer and helper great in every regard. Everybody businesslike but friendly and obviously capable. Have had for several months, zero problems, and love it! Takes up little space compared to many others, sturdy, nonobtrusive, positioned so as to allow others to use bannister, and price difference insignificant. Enthusiastically recommend. John T. Myles

We have had our stairlift for about 2 weeks now and it has been very helpful to us. .Since we use this set of stairs several times a day, we are pleased with how easy it is to operate. The two young men who came to install it were polite, friendly and very respectful. They showed us how to operate it and answered all our questions. I would recommend this product and the company that served us.
