Local reps very easy to deal with. Came to take measurements within two days of first call, walked us thru options, availability, and price (didn't try to get us to buy system/products not needed or would delay installation), and installed exactly two weeks later as promised, within 3 hrs. Stairlift is quiet, smooth and works great. Would highly recommend the local Albany area rep (National Seating & Mobility formerly Albany Lift Company)

LOVE my stairlift! The installer was more that excellent- friendly, answered all my questions, quick and efficient. The stairlift works fine and looks great in my house. My grandchildren sure love riding up and down with Grandpa! Would highly recommend these guys!

I purchased two new Bruno stairlifts for a tri-level home. They were installed one week ago. The delivery was fast and efficient. One of the lifts had an issue with the power folding rail, but they came today and installed a new rail; both seem to be working fine now. I am happy with them.

We like the stairlifts very much. It’s well built and gets me up and down from my bedroom and living area easily. Well worth the money.
