Very professional and well versed in the product during the sales call. Installation was prompt and efficient. The instructions on the stair lift were easily understood and concise. All questions were clearly answered.

I have no issues with the installation. The chairlift works wonderfully! It has made my life a lot easier. Thank you so much.

We love our new stairglides. They were installed just a few days after our decision to buy them. They work great!

I called to ask questions about the chair and by that Friday of the same week it was installed in my house. Very pleasant person doing the installation was in an out in no time. I love it I use it all the time for my bad back and knee.

The installation of the exterior stair lifts went smoothly. The lifts themselves are comfortable and sturdy. I do wish the foot plate was a little bit wider, but that’s really my only complaint.

I give it a five star review. Tina DiBiase was very, very knowledgeable in the product and answered all out questions. The install of the lift went very well and we are now using it. It's one of the best things we've done to make our stairs easier to go up or down.

the Bruno chair lift is the best there is. The curved steel rail is a real work of art. The chair is SUBSTANTIAL. It has changed our lives.....only one criticism, when you are at the lower level and you want to send the chair to the upper level, or vice-versa, you have to hold the remote control device continuously. Our travel time is 1 minute 15 seconds. my car has one button for each window....i can move the window up and down OR press it once, and it will move without me holding....I wish the Bruno chair had the same feature...Don't get me wrong, the stair chair is the greatest thing, since sliced bread.

We bought first a new bruno stairlift from Sheridan Surgical in Amherst NY. then we decided to get a used model for use in our basement. We were prepared for a few weeks wait time for a used model that the installer felt was good enough to sell us. Within a few days he called to tell us he had a used (2 years old) unit for us. He installed it the next day. looks just like new! We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Sheridan Surgical.
