Well I’ve had my stairlift now for I guess over a year now very shortly after getting it One day it seemed to quit working , a technical came out got it working again this Is the 3rd time this has happened it comes down the stairs but won’t go up more than Inch at a time . Hopefully I’ll get it fixed this Time permmantly

The two men who installed it were very efficient and were helpful in explaining how everything worked. Both my wife and I are very satisfied and happy with the stair lift. Just what we need.

Our Bruno person came when he said he would, did what he said he would do and charged what he said it would cost. The process was flawless and the stair chair is so very helpful. Thank you!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our Bruno chair lift. The explanation of how the product operates and the installation handled by 101 Mobility was excellent. The chairlift operates smoothly and is a great help for both of us as the stairs were becoming more and more of a challenge as I am unable to raise or otherwise move my right leg and my wife has CMT which affects her walking.

I was worried that access to areas around the stairs would be restricted and am delighted with the remote system which lets this area be free when the lift is not in use. Also, I was worried that it would be difficult to get seated in and to rise up from the chair, but this has been very easy, even though my husband’s mobility has deteriorated since the installation.
