I am totally enamored with my stairlift. It allowed me the ability to use the upper levels of my home.

I works well and the whole family was sick with a respiratory infection and we all were having trouble getting up the stair it was a God sent and just at the right time.

Motion Cares in Peterborough sent their rep Arbee Buenafe to see us. He was friendly, understanding of my situation and professional. He was on time and made sure the installation was correct and also came back the next day for an adjustment. The Bruno lift works very well and I am completely satisfied. My only comment to your company is that you introduce a couple of other colours other than Beige. customers would like a colour to go with their homes.

It has made a big difference in the aches of my knees and back. Now I have a strange question about the lifts working when I go up or down. Today the switch on the arm came off and bounced down the stairs so my wife had to walk down to get it (not too big of a problem) but I was wondering if I could get another switch to keep on the upstairs or downstairs in case of this happening again when she is not quite so agile???

I like the small footprint rail that takes up minimal space. It is easy to operate and the price is right.

Installation was very smooth with great care taken.
