The engineering and quality of my Bruno Elan stairlift appears to be excellent and it's performance lives up to it's reputation. Lifeway Mobility's salesman and installers were also excellent in their knowledge, explanations and workmanship.

My experience with Bruno's products has been the best, from my lift for my motorize scooter to the one stair lift that I have had for over 15 years. I decided to purchase another as they are very reliable and well built. I would recommend any of your products to anyone who needs them. The sale rep from Northend Mobility was reliable, pleasant and came when he said.

The Bruno Stair lift has been a life saver for me and preserves my independence in my home. It is smooth, quiet and dependable. The man who sold it to me was polite, knowledgeable, and good as his word, He returned calls promptly, and was here when he said he would be.

Great product, easy to use and very helpful with moving items up and down the stairs. Great people working for this company, very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Installer Eric answered all of our questions and explained using the chair.

We were impressed with the person who came to talk to us about putting a stairlift in our home. He was pleasant, sincere, and made it easy to discuss questions we had. No pressuring. It only took a part of a morning to install the stairlift and we love it! PS: MobilityWorks was basically the only company that took the time to follow-up, call back, make an appointment to come out to see exactly what we wanted. We looked into other companies and they wanted to charge just to make a house call. Installed on Jan. 17, 2023
