Barrier Free Stairlifts installed the chair to perfection. They took the time to explain the entire process including the actual operation of the chair. The chair itself is well-made and comfortable. Besides using it to sit on, we use it to send small bags of groceries, water and laundry upstairs. So helpful. Totally pleased and worth the very reasonable price. Thank you.

We can't say enough about our new Bruno stair lift. It works beautifully, and has already saved us a lot of energy. When we moved our freezer upstairs, we were able to put boxes of food on the lift and send it up, recall the lift and take ourselves up to put things away. Brian installed our lift. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone we worked with was top notch. We'd recommend Bruno to anyone. We're especially happy to have purchased such a good quality lift that was made in the USA.

What made my experience great was I was able to go to my own room now. Before I fell it would take me 30 minute's toget myself with help up and the stairs each way. Thanks again for making it easier now. Also for servicing your equipment when needed.

Wendi Vittitow with Mobility works did a great job understanding my situation and found a solution for me. The Bruno product is excellent, quiet and very efficient. The lifts were installed in an old building with stair steps not the same height and they work perfectly. This purchase is replacing and older lift from another manufacturer that never worked correctly. I am so happy with the Bruno lifts!

The dealer (Life Mobility in Hartford CT) was very helpful in demonstration and design ideas. The chair stair rail was fashioned to order and installed well. The appearance is stylish and appropriate for the house. The mobility impaired user is delighted.
