Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

The stair lift is amazing. It is much more quiet than we thought it would be. The design saves a lot of space and is not an eyesore. The materials used are extremely durable. The installation was fast. The gentlemen were very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained everything about the lift, even things we had not thought to ask about. They answered all of our questions and even stood by while we practiced using the lift several times to make us feel more comfortable.

The company I purchased this from, the installers were great. Answered all my questions and explained all the features of my new Bruno

the chairlift is great. it allowed me to stay in my home.

let me add the price is reasonable.

I’m very pleased with my stairlift. The salesperson and installer were both great.

My stairlift was installed on July 10 by T & T Technologies and they did a great job in the installation. When I went to try it out and as I swung around the banister my knees hit the wall and the front door. I opened the front door and tried again and my knees were sticking out the door about 3 inches. TNT came back on July 27 with a plate to move the seat back a little bit but it didn’t solve the problem completely, now they plan on coming back with another modification. I’ve been having to ride it sideways, going up and down the stairs. And then on August 15 I rode the stairlift upstairs to take a nap around 1 PM. About two hours later I woke up and got on the stairlift to go downstairs. When I hit the power switch all I got was a beep. And I checked all the connections and turned the power off and back on and that did not solve the problem is. I called Charles at TNT on 16 August, and he tried to talk me through a solution. I was getting too many codes on the screen. I received a call from T&T on the 17th and they said they would call me back on the 18th and tell me when they could come fix it. They called me on the 18th and have scheduled Charles to come on 22 August. I was told Charles was bringing another piece to adjust the seat so that perhaps I could sit on it normally instead of sideways while going up and down the stairs. I’ve gone approximately a week without the stairlift. I would be a lot happier if I could sit normally instead of sideways on the seat. As you can well imagine I’m not very happy. T&T, however, has been a great company to deal with!!!

I had been shopping around for the perfect stairlift and I finally found it with Bruno. It performs extremely well and I highly recommend them.

The quick response to our need for a stair lift. The quality of the work is excellent.
