Installer was excellent. Prompt, very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Footrest plate should be longer; my wife can't flex her knees far enough for her heels to catch the front of the footrest.

Sales representative explained how the stair lift would be installed and its operation. Took measurements of the stairs and then gave me the cost and warranty information on the stair lift.

I thought I had an issue with the light on panel. I thought it was flashing red & green but my rep came right out to check and it was gold & green which meant it was charging

Appreciated being offered more than one option from which to choose. Warranty offered was better than rivals. Purchase was quick, respectful and not at all "pushy". Liked that supplier is located locally so that if service becomes needed, there is local resource.
