My new stairlift has made my life so much easier. It has given me access to the lower level of my condo. I am in the middle of a reno to my master bath and bedroom. The lift allows me to bathe and sleep elsewhere while the work is being done. If you have issues with stairs do yourself the favor and have this installed.

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They absolutely stand behind their products. When I had trouble with my stairlift not preforming as it should Bruno took action and worked hard to fix my problems. Bruno contacted my Service installers, who also do a very professional installation. They came and with Bruno's consent, installed a whole new product at no charge to me. My heartfelt thanks to John and Joe and Bruno for the amazing service. I am super happy and thankful to all of them. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in need of a chair lift in their home. A product and service I am proud to have had. I am glad I invested in them.

The stairlift is working very well. Only one change that would be helpful. A way for the chair to turn without you having to turn it yourself. Some elders do not have the strength to turn it just by using their body weight.
