I just received mine yesterday. I haven't used it yet. Everything is good but shipping took quite a while. I will reply more after I have tried it out.

There are no hair line strokes on the stencil. Just a solid lump of colour. Very misleading and disappointing. I cannot use this product.
Response from Browpro· Sep 27, 2026

We’d really like to look into this and see how we can help. Everyone needs to try this eyebrow perfecter! After losing the ability to use my left hand last year I had to make a few modifications since I’m left handed, and getting my eyebrows to look good was now completely overwhelming until I found your eyebrow stamps. I feel like I look like myself again! This is by far the easiest and best eyebrow perfecter I’ve ever used. I just use a tiny bit of mustache wax to brush through my brows first, then I apply the stamp to the same area, then clean up the shape and edges with a cotton swab and I’m good to go for 2-3 days. I live in a very tropical, humid climate here in Belize where it’s hard finding cosmetic product’s that stay on my face because I perspire, but thankfully this product doesn’t come off until I take it off with makeup remover. I got all 3 available shapes of eyebrow’s because I wasn’t sure which one to use, but I use all of them depending on what I’m wearing and the occasion. I pray this ingenious company never goes out of business! I will definitely be stocking up on this product when I come back to the United States to visit my son for a month next March!

We’re also so happy to hear that it holds up so well in the humid Belize climate and that you’re enjoying all three shapes! 😊 Your kind words and support mean the world to us. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the BrowPro family! 💕

I had unintentionally marked the subscription box for the product. They were very helpful with my concerns. I received a refund and they canceled the subscription. Even though I no longer wanted to receive more of the product, the fact that they did this shows the company is very trustworthy.
Response from Browpro· Sep 27, 2026
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 😊 We’re glad we were able to help sort everything out for you. We understand that the subscription was selected by mistake, and we’re happy our team could address your concerns, issue the refund, and cancel the subscription as requested. 💕 It really means a lot to hear that you appreciated how we handled the situation and that it left you feeling confident in our company. Thank you for giving us the chance to make things right! ❤️

This company sneaks membership and takes money without notice. I have written and canceled numerous times and yet again I was charged again for a vip membership I never wanted. On top of it all, the product is not as described. Stop taking my money!
Response from Browpro· Sep 27, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the VIP membership charge and understand your concern about being charged after previously requesting cancellation. We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that your VIP membership was canceled and the charge was refunded on September 17. We hope this helps resolve the issue and provides some reassurance. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback about the product. We’re sorry to hear it did not meet your expectations, and we’ll take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve our products and customer experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team directly. We’ll be happy to assist you. ❤️

I had a really positive experience with the customer service team at Lash Cosmetics VIP. Everyone I dealt with was kind, understanding, patient, and professional. I would especially like to thank Sadie Fisher, who took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my situation, and escalate my case to the Upper Management Team for further review. She was very reassuring and made me feel that my concern was being taken seriously. I’d also like to thank Amy and Sarah for their help and for keeping me updated throughout the process. My concern was resolved and my refund was successfully processed. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and support I received. What started as a stressful situation was handled with care and professionalism. Thank you so much to the whole team! ❤️
