The dark brown is a good colour for my eyebrows but still playing with placement of the stamp to get best look, otherwise good product.

I ordered on light brown and one dark brown but received 2 dark which are way too dark for me! Then later on I discovered a company Nymbus LLC was taking monthly payments from my PayPal account, something I never signed up for! It’s a scam! I opened a query and was found to be no illegal transaction! I complained, I opened a query with my bank who are taking it more seriously! Seriously google reviews before you buy!

Charges appearing as Nymbus LLC refer to our payment processor, which can sometimes appear differently on PayPal statements. Regarding the brow shades, according to the order placed, the selection was for two Dark Brown items. However, if you would prefer to exchange it for Light Brown, please feel free to email our support team directly and we’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange options. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Their site is a lie,they simply steal money,their customer service is useless and pathetic and overall a terrible "company". Never give them any information. Buy brow makeup literally anywhere else.

As previously mentioned, your order had already been processed and handed over to our third-party shipping partner before we received your cancellation request, which is why we were unable to stop it at that stage. Once an order is in transit, delivery timing is managed by the courier. That said, if no one is available to receive the package and it is returned to sender (RTS), it will be sent back to our warehouse. Once we receive it back, we will process a full refund for you. Ordered an extra by mistake, after a lot of emails they did reimburse me, then weeks later another payment was taken ! I did contact them,and they are going to refund my money, Just be careful what you sign up for.
