Brownsona is a SCAM. They sent my "order" to Hawaii instead of Minnesota. Fortunately, this scammer provided all the proof my bank needed to get my money back and file a fraud claim. They sent emails proving they had correct shipping address, received payment and tracking number which proved delivery to incorrect address. So not even smart scammers. Do not waste your time trying to order from this so-called store.

WELL. I WAS GONNA ORDER SOMETHING. BUT I HAVE A HABIT OF CHECKING THE REVIEWS FIRST, BECAUSE, I BEEN HEARING EBAY IS GETTING KICK-BACK FROM ALL THESE FAKE COMPAINES. IF YOU KEEP TRACK, THEY ARE USUALLY THE SAME ONAMENTAL PEOPLE, YEAH. I TYPED ONAMENTAL NOT OREANTAL FOR A REASON. IF YOU HAD A TRIP TO THE EMARALD ISLE VIA THE MILTARY. YOU KNOW WHY.

I placed an order 7/14/23, was notified that item was being shipped from China to Indiana, got tracking info and a few days later was told that my order was in LA and would be shipped to me in a few days,got notice that my item was shipped to Hawaii! I live in Northern California I did try and verify the company was legit and couldnt find any thing negative. If its to good to be true, it probably isnt, now Im out over a $100 with no recourse. Beware and informed, this company is no good

Ordered a product, it was sent to their home in LIZTON, IN 46149 from China instead of being sent to me. Several inquiries about my order with no response. This website is a scam.

I placed an order December 17, 2022. Never heard from the people nor did I receive my merchandise. I do not recommend these people or this website.

SCAM! Ordered item end of November and they received payment on 11/24/2022 but item was not received by end od December. Tried to call - phone number on website is invalid. Tried to email several times using email address on website services@ brownsona.com but received no response. Contacted PayPal to let them know the company appears to be a scam. I did receive a full refund via PayPal but DO NOT ORDER from Brownsona. I am on a mission to report this business as a scam! Payment was listed to an Elijah Cummings - the email address listed with PayPal is farrandl14@ gmail.com. SCAM! DO NOT ORDER.
