We do apologize for the inconvenience of having to wait for the international shipping, especially since you did not realize we would ship from the United States. We do have a shipping policy on our website which states “All orders are shipped from Hauppauge, NY USA.” The shipping policy clearly explains that we are shipping internationally and to expect 15 business days for the delivery of the package. We are sorry if you did not notice the shipping policy at the time you placed the order.
