I ordered the lighted American Flag, it said it would ship within two days... after waiting two weeks I reached out and got zero response other than a CHINESE SHIPPING NOTICE that it shipped that day... is this company in the US or just pretending to be? Shady at best and will never order from them again. Who knows if or when the item will even arrive.

If I could leave a zero star I would. They do not back up their word to replace an item that is sent to you that comes incorrectly. I ordered a custom sweatshirt for my grandma for her birthday and I went off of the size guide provided by their website. A large was supposed to be 24” wide 29” long and have 24” sleeves and it came 19” wide 26” long and 19” sleeves. I took pictures of this to show proof. Also, the first two names of the grandchildren on the garment were extremely sloppy and barely readable. I also took pictures of this. I sent an email with the pictures attached politely asking to have it replaced since I spent $35 to have a correctly fitting sweatshirt with all of my grandma's grandchildren's name's on it and it came too small and with 2 names that couldn't be read and they came back telling me that they are allowed to have a 20% error margin and that my order fit that criteria and there was nothing they were willing to do to correct this. I now have wasted my money and have to spend more money to go to a better quality company who actually care's about their paying customers and the product they are putting out. I would tell anyone thinking of using this company to steer as far away as possible because they are absolute scam artists!

I ordered a pair of Kraken glasses. In the photo they looked really good quality. However, they've been delivered today and they are literally a pair of small plain glasses with Kraken stickers on them. Nothing like the original photo. Lesson learned. I'll not be using this company again.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering and saved my money. I ordered 2 wobbly belly fridge magnets and was very disappointed when they arrived. The quality is very poor and the belly looks a very odd shape. I have contacted the company stating my disappointment and attached photos and as yet, waiting for a reply. AVOID THIS FIRM ******UPDATE***** Had a reply to my email and been offered £5 compensation !

Very poor service they take your money and there is no goods so I'm try to get a refund so I think this just one of worst company THIS A SCUM

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I placed my order. I order the garden gnomes. They look nothing like the photos on their website. They are 1 dimension, about 1/4” thick and very cheaply made. Totally not worth the price. And the pictures I sent them don’t look anything like them. Do not order from this company!

I am quite dissatisfied with my recent purchase of a personalized garden gnome. I ordered it to feature my friend's face, but the item received bears no resemblance to my friend. The gnome has a beard and dark hair, whereas my friend is blonde and clean-shaven. Furthermore, the seller refuses to issue a refund. I am very disappointed and advise caution to other buyers.
