It was good, but when I was going to purchase the ticket, it crashed. So I had to start over again.

It was all very easy to use. The man thing I would change is that it should be possible to create a login with a username and password so I have an account, and for it to be possible to add tickets for multiple shows to a shopping cart and purchase them in a single transaction.

Check out was seamless but the price was higher than anticipated even with all-in pricing.

The process was straightforward & functional. Seat chart gave you an idea where the seat is. Several times after choosing a seat I was told someone already purchased it which I had never encountered before,

Easy to use except not as intuitive UI when trying to find the map seating or shows (had to scroll a lot to see everything)

Wouldn't accept PayPal payment?!

I'd like some way to identify if there are stairs or steps to my seat from entry. I couldn't easily find that. The process of buying a ticket was good, thanks.

All good. but you can't manage orders using a foreign cell number since it doesn't send a text for the 2FA. Otherwise no problem.
