The price of the RV was good. The sales person was not a good for fit us. His communication style was not one that made me feel like I was worth his business. I've never done a deal in the middle of an office floor. All in all I would not purchase another RV from this dealer.

Easy, no pressure sales. Jason was so helpful in helping us come to a conclusion and the process was easy!

The whole process was very good except for the long wait time to do my walk thru inspection of the new motor home 3 hours. And the lack of your techs knowledge about the MH and some of its features, Angel was great all thru the process.

We loved our experience with Broadmore! Our salesman was experienced and knowledgebale and helped get us the best possible deal. The only part that was frustrating was waiting a couple hours total through the process even though we had done most of the work over the phone prior. Other than that I would highly recommend them again. Even with the wait, it was completely worth it!

This is the second time we have purchased an rv from Broadmoor. We had no issues the first time and so when we were ready to upgrade, we went back. Fortunately I had already researched their inventory because the salesperson had little knowledge of it and was unable to point to anything that fit our needs. She took us to the model we asked about and we walked through a few models nearby as well while she went to check on something. It was a Sunday and she said she needed to do research on our trucks tow capacity and we were asked to return the next day. (I was able to look up the tow capacity online by entering the vin for our truck.) The next day we returned and decided on one of the models we had looked through the day before. We gave them all of our info and then spent over 3 hours in the waiting room while they tried to secure financing. At almost 5pm we were asked to give them a credit card so they could continue to hold the trailer and attempt to secure financing. The next day we were told something was wrong with our credit and that they had not been able to get it financed. There is nothing wrong with our credit. Our score is on the high 700s and our debt to income ratio is less than 30%. The salesperson kept insisting it was our credit that was the problem until I finally got frustrated and told her just to forget the whole thing. She did not seem to care. I looked around to see if anyone else in the area sold the trailer we wanted and was upset to find that no one did. So, around at 5pm, my husband called our bank and within 45 minutes we had approval from the underwriter and had check in hand by noon the next day. We then had an appt at 1pm on Friday to sign the papers at Broadmoor and do our walk though. We waited over an hour to sign papers. Once we got in with the person to sign, we found that our cashier’s check was for too much money due to a credit we were due for cancellation of extended warranties on our old trailer. We advised that we did not want a new extended warranty on this trailer. We were told that a check for the overage would be returned within one to two weeks and we were okay with that. They were running behind for the walkthroughs and when we finally got in for our walkthrough the person seemed rushed and kept stating that he didn’t know where anything was in our model. It has been two weeks since we purchased the trailer. I have asked several times about a remote that came with our trailer that was not shown to us during the walkthrough and which doesn’t seem to work anything. Each time being told they would “check on it” but never receiving a response. We have also not received any refund for the overage that we paid them. When we asked about it today, they said it can take 6 to 8 weeks. UPDATE: I was able to contact the general manager and get this straightened out. He was very nice, explained the process and got us our check the same day. Finally, one of the most important things we told the salesperson was that we wanted to keep our trailer under 28’ in order to be able to easily access state and national park campgrounds. Fortunately I actually measured before we headed off for our trip to Montana and found that our 28’ trailer is actually 35’ long. I lost money cancelling and rescheduling reservations and was not able to obtain a site in the national park campground because of it. Even though I love our new trailer, I wish we would have just gone elsewhere.
