Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

I had a wonderful experience. I had done a lot of online shopping before I decided that the drive to Broadmoor RV from Oregon City was going to be well worth it. From my first phone call until I was walking out the door with my new travel trailer every step was quick and easy and all the staff I met were all amazing. It was quick easy and very friendly.

Our experience at Broadmoor was great. Wayne was very patient and did not browbeat us. We are very happy with our toy hauler. And we feel the price was fair. Although, I was not happy with the trade in price of our 5th wheel. but...… we will certainly deal with Broadmoor again and I recommend people going here, rather than the other RV dealers in Tri-Cities.

Initially, my experience during the sale with the salesperson and finance manager I would rate as excellent. The experience after the sale was confusing, I felt lost and at times abandoned. During the initial walk through of the motor home with the sales person he tried to start the generator and after several attempts it failed to start. Jason assured me it would be working prior to delivery along with everything else. When I came to pick up the motor home the generator still would not start. There was a sell of bad gas while they were trying to start it. After a few hours the carb. Was replaced. The walk through felt rushed and somewhat disorganized. . When I got the motor home back to my place I did a more thorough walk through and found none of the gas appliances would work. After talking with the sales manager I drove the motor home back and after several hours was told there was a bad gas valve on the tank and it needed to be replaced but they could not perform the repair. I wa told the valve would work if it was only opened half way. I also found a water leak which I later found to be from a crack between the gray water tank and the drain valve. I appreciate the effort the salesman and finance manager went through to obtain the financing because I did not expect that to happen. But, as I mentioned earlier I felt after the sale was complete trying to get in contact with someone to help me was tough. I was transferred from one person to another. I hope my experience was not the standard and I really don’t like complaining but I felt you needed to know.

July 14, 2018 my wife and I traveled from Oregon to Washington to buy a new 2018 Jayco Redhawk 22c class C RV. The RV did not receive a PDI (post delivery inspection). The Bathroom door did not latch closed due to a factory install problem, which left an inch gap between the door and door striker. The slide outside seal was ripped away at top and hanging down over the outside window. The entry door drip rail was broken away from RV and sticking out. Three of the cabinet doors did not close due to incorrect factory installation. The two back cushions for the dinette did not have the joining Velcro tape to hold them in place. The dinette seat support used as a step up into the over cab bunk was missing 3/4" plywood necessary to support people climbing up into the bunk. These factory construction errors were very obvious and should have been spotted during a dealer PDI. Furthermore I purchased the Jayco Redhawk SE 22C RV because we wanted the Jride for towing a boat. I was told by the salesman, Fred Davenport, both during post purchase and during the sale of the RV; and during the sale by the service manager and a Certified RV Walk-Through Technician that all Redhawk's contain Jride or only the overload springs and balanced drive shaft. Come to find out, after the sale and purchase of the RV, via the help of Johnson RV (Sandy, OR) that this particular model of RV doesn't have the overloads, which was very important to us. When I called and discussed this with our salesman I was told that all Redhawk's do contain the Jride, but that he would check with his sales manager and check to see what equipment is specified per the VIN number on my particular coach. Fred has never called me back with this information, so I have no idea what I was sold is correct or not. When I call the salesman to see if he has checked with the issue of Jride he is not returning my calls. We very much need to see a remedy to this misleading information that was repeatedly given to us by Broadmoor RV and would like the overload springs installed as promised by Broadmoor RV. Respectfully Mr. and Mrs. Boldt

Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. The salesman was not pushy, only complaint is I would have liked for them to work with me on times they were available for picking up the trailer

The salesman was wonderful and most of our communications were done over the phone, via text or calling because we are out of town.. He had exactly what we were looking for. However, upon picking the trailer up 2 weeks ago, and having to replace a couple things we are still waiting for a cupboard door. There are alot of things wrong with the trailer that still need to be fixed.

Very good experience. Very nice people at Broadmoor

Sales staff was perfect. Set up and delivery went great. This is the second RV we have bought from Broadmoor RV. Can not say enough about how well we are treated every time we visit the dealership.
