Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

Large inventory, reasonable prices, EASY buying experience....I'm a repeat buyer, and would Recommend Broadmoor RV!

Broadmoor did exactly what they said they would do. We were able to negotiate a good price with some basic equipment to get started and by 2:00 that afternoon we were camping! Trailer camping is new to us and we really feel like we got off on the right foot with Broadmoor RV.

We were very pleased with our experience at Broadmoor. Very nice facility, staff was professional and low key. We traveled across the state to purchase the travel trailer and were happy with every aspect of the transaction. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We found a great RV at Broadmore. The RV was on consignment. The RV wasn't dumped in a long time. Liquids turned to solids and its taking some time to get smell out of the tanks. Batteries were corroded and needed replacing. They gave me new batteries and some deodorizer but its taking multiple clean outs. All in all this is the camper that I needed for winter off grid camping. thanks

My husband And I went over to Broadmoor RV because we heard from some friends that they are good. Everything went great until I went to pick up he trailer on the scheduled date and time for my walk thru. After the walk thru they said their was a glitch.. What Glitch? So I went into the office and was told the financial Officer Named Richard Got a phone call from the bank that we got the loan from Said we needed some money down even though we are financing the whole payment. And we have perfect credit. Or we couldn't take the trailer. I'm up there in tri-cities without my husband. And we had to refinance and resign all papers. That is B.......T, Excuse my language. Everything was fine until Richard didn't bother to tell anyone about this . We had to find out because the papers were flagged. Even our wonder sales lady Marta didn't know about this. She came in on her day off. We got another Fiance lady Named Molly now she worked wonders and very fast to. I finally got to leave with the trailer five hours later. My husband had to take time out of his job to drive over there and resign. It was a nightmare. MY heart as set on getting this trailer at nine in the morning and didn't leave until after one. Luckily Richard wasn't there it was his day off. I would have a few choice words for him. The manager Was very nice also. But because they employed someone who didn't care about us the customer, I wasn't happy with them.

The whole process was smooth and very professional.

Very easy process and everyone was very friendly!

A great and wonderful experience making my first RV purchase. Great attitudes by all of the people that were involved in my purchase. Guy left me room to look and see what I liked. The inventory was good and he helped lead me to a suitable unit that had been priced respectably different than the other units I was looking through. Molly was a pleasure to work with and handled the transaction masterfully, even with a couple of last minute curveballs. A trip across town with Stretch and Dorothy was pure pleasure. I’m glad they were part of my experience! Tina saw that I got started on my walkthrough upon my arrival, despite being considerably early. Jordan’s walkthrough was f-ing amazing! He made sure it was hooked up and ready to go. The service department did a fantastic job installing both my hitch and air bags, to keep me on schedule through the closing of the purchase. Hope my future experiences are as fantastic!
