Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Honesty, pricing, process and quality scores appear once 5 customers have rated them.
In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it!Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

Our salesperson Angel was amazing. Doug Sitton also did an excellent job of pulling the deal together. This was our second purchase of a new Jayco from Broadmoor RV. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Loving our 2019 Jayco Pinnacle!!

Broadmoor RV employs the nicest people! We were very pleased to meet Angel and have her assistance. We would have liked to shop closer to home but Broadmoor RV prices were very good. We shopped for about one year. We found exactly what we wanted for about 6000$ cheaper than other places and we were comparing apples to apples. We questioned why we couldn't write a check as it would have cleared days before we were to pick up our 5th wheel. Also, during walk-through, we were reminded, more than once, that we owed money to the parts department. Did we do something to make them think we weren't honest? We pay our bills, in full, always! The gentleman that walked through with us was very nice but maybe should have done a preview before meeting with us. The lights should have worked with no problems before we got there. The camper needed to be a little cleaner as there was water on floor and little pieces of wood, etc. from the manufacturing. I am a manual reader and warranty card submitter. When I opened the bag containing manuals, everything was wet. One manual was saturated (hope it was just water) and put in bag thus dampening all the materials. All in all, I would definitely deal with Angel! Before getting your new RV, insist that the unit be gone through with a fine tooth comb before you get there! Maybe I am too picky but when spending our hard-earned money, I want everything to be the best it can. Thank you.

Ryan is an excellent salesman and was very accommodating, he answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. John was also very patient in explaining the financial and extra coverage needed. Thank you both and I ave referred Ryan to another couple that are interested in purchasing an R-Pod.

I called to check on a 5th wheel, but they had sold it so Ryan told me about another one in stock. It was exactly what I wanted. He sent me pictures. When I went to look at it, they were very courteous. After touring the 5th wheel I filled out the paperwork. No hassles over price. They even delivered it to me. I'm over the moon with my new purchase. I would recommend them to every one. Tami

Sales Jim Lahuta was great showing us around, delivery walk around was very informative, my only concern was the install of the Equalizer hitch the mechanic didn't use a torque wrench as called for in the instructions
