Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

The wife and I would highly recommend Broadmoor to anyone in the market for a new or used RV! Guy and Marta was informative and helpful through the whole process. Best buying experience ever! Todd & Ila

Good experience, but not great. Since we live 4 hours away, all questions and quotes were done via phone with our salesman. He was very responsive to our questions. We were quoted a price for our trade in, got numbers for what they would sell us the new trailer for, and an approximate payment. All sounded good to me and my wife so we loaded up the kids and made the drive over Pasco. When we got there we found out that there was a mix up on what year our trailer was that we were trading in. They had it written down as 2 years newer. Long story short, they took $2,000 dollars off of the trade in value even though it was completely their mistake. Our salesman was super apologetic and I know he felt horrible about what happened. But since we already made the drive over, we didn't want to go back home with our old trailer. So we had to make the tough choice of giving up $2,000 due to their error. Also, as we were doing our walk through we noticed a dent on the bottom of the window on the slide out. We were told they could probably order a new window. That means we would have had to make the 4 hour drive back someday and wait all day for them to replace the window. I said that wasn't realistic. Than the guy said he would try to pound out the dent in the metal. That didn't happen either as we found that out right when we were all hooked up and about to head home. Before we left I decided to lock all the doors. One lock wouldn't work. I called our salesman who had someone come out right away and look at it. He got on it right away and was able to get it working again. We really love our trailer and everyone was really nice, but it definitely wasnt the experience that we were expecting. We were told a few times that they were going to make it up to us for getting the year wrong on our trailer. That didn't happen, just as the dent in the window never got taken care of. At the end of the day we just wanted to leave and be done. I'm not so sure that I will recommend or that we will buy from Broadmoor RV next time we are shopping for a trailer.

Down right awful! Bought my first trailer there. I came with my own financing and was treated poorly. I thought money was money, that was round one. Round 2 I found a 5th wheel that meet all my needs. I drove 2 hours to their dealership talked numbers for 3 hours and before signing learned I was unable to tow it with my truck. Their website had false information and their radio ads saying one weekend only amazing sales... there were NO sales, same prices they had listed months prior. That was 2 times there that I had an awful experience. Angel in sales told me it was my responsibility to know what my truck can tow .... fun fact their website cited the wrong weight. My truck was very capable of towing what it listed it as. Called to voice my frustrations to the manager Travis and he was so rude I had to hang up. I then found a 5th wheel at Bluedog RV in Spokane (which Broadmoor had the exact same one on their lot) Ron in sales was amazing and Dave the finance manager was easy to work with. Super honest people and their communication was above and beyond. If you are looking for an RV save your time and money and go see Ron and Dave at Bluedog RV in Spokane.

Their there for a sale but also get you what you’re looking for. I’d suggest knowing what you want before getting to the lot. Working with the service people help get through understanding how your RV operate. They’re also sales people, so know what options you would like to know what to add to your RV. Overall, good service with a dash of sales. Additionally, they may quote you at one price for an add on but will add extra costs after the confirmed quote. Agree on one price and you’ll be good.

There was no high pressure sales tactics and they were responsive to our negotiations. They were helpful and followed through on all noted issues in a timely and courteous manner.

Whole process went well. No complaints.

Our recent visit and purchase of our new Montana was a great experience. Chris did a great job answering our questions and didn't try to hard sell at all. When we came back to pick up our RV the staff who helped pull everything together made it a celebration day for sure. Jordan did the walk through with us showing us all the fun stuff to use in our RV. He was very clear and easy to understand. He was happy for us too. An enjoyable time. All was done for us as communicated. We highly recommend the Briadmoir RV center to anyone.

Fred and the sales team were great, they really worked hard to get us the best possible deal... in spite of our Trade in.... We had a little trouble after we got home, but even that is being taken care of by the Service Manager. She arranged to have the problem fixed at our local dealership. Thank you to everyone at Broadmoor, that helped put this together...!!!
