In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck.Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually.The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. The after-purchase service has been awful. We can’t get anyone to answer the phone and barely return phone calls. They want to be known as a destination service department but I cannot imagine wasting my time trying to connect with someone to get help unless I HAD to!

It took two calls and several people to resolve our issue. We enjoy the layout of our new trailer but after our first extended camp out with the trailer (Salem) we realized the poor quality we purchased.

Little pushy. Took way to long to complete a sale. The overall atmosphere is great but felt rushed as the salesman was trying to outbeat another salesman in the sale of our trailer.

We had a great experience with Broadmoor RV. All the staff were friendly and courteous. We loved walking in the building and seeing all the smiles. We ordered our fifth wheel from Broadmoor through the Jayco factory instead of purchasing one on the lot. Also, we lived 2,500 miles away from Pasco to speak to someone in person. We did everything by telephone. The initial and pre-delivery process and time made us the most anxious, due to time constraints, but it all worked out in the end. We did not physically see our fifth wheel when we picked the model, but as soon as we saw it during our PDI, we knew it is the one for our family. We found a few cuts in our awning during the PDI. Broadmoor ordered a new awning and sent two techs out to us to replace it. We were staying in an RV park in Spokane Valley...what wonderful customer service!!! It has been exactly one month today since we picked up our Jayco from Broadmoor and we have been ecstatic with the whole experience. We highly recommend Broadmoor RV for your RV needs!!

I thought the cost was $200 less than the price on paper work. I asked for about so much difference on the trade and ended up with almost double. I guess I didn’t figure something right. Glad I got the trlr but not having to pay the price.

not a good experance salesman cared less , asked if he could make sure there was water in it because we were going to be dry camping that night,,, nope Asked to hear the generator run , he said he was on it ... nope , I had to find someone to fine enough gas so we could start the generator. They had misc parts and paper work scattered through out the trailer, they should have put everything in one place and all paper work in a binder. Got a letter from the bank , the financing was off by $1,000 in my favor

It was the best experience I have ever had buying anything. Our sales people were very patient and not pushy at all. They dealt with some loud noises and messes from our baby and they even made sure to make him smile. Only place I will go.
