My UK Passport had expired. There was an error in the town I was born in that passport that needed to be corrected. And I had totally changed my name. Within a week of dealing with British Passport Pro, I had word that the new passport had been approved and was on the way to my house by DHL Delivery. I have never experienced such fast, efficient, and personable service.

Exceptional service!! I couldn’t have been more happy. I was nervous about handing over all my credentials to someone online but after talking to Zana on the phone, I felt very comfortable. Very professional and easy. I had to do a name change and renew my expired passport so couldn’t afford a mistake ... Start to finish, I had my new passport back from UK in 1week!!! Unbelievable!!
