After placing my order I was notified it was not available and they did not know when it would be,

I ordered a product from the website
I ordered a product from the website. Paid. Received order and payment confirmation. Then got an email several days later that my order wasn't actually going to be filled because they ran out and they would "let me know" when it would be available again. Here's a tip for the company; If you don't have the product, don't sell it to me.

too expensive
too expensive. I enrolled in monthly delivery but to reschedule delivery I have to call - no options to reschedule logging into my account. why???

5 days and order still not filled
Placed my order on Nov 18th and it's Nov 23rd and the status shows unfilled. Not very good.
