We use Brilliant POS for our small business and it has been great for us so far. The system is easy to navigate and any questions we do have are answered promptly. The customer service line is never a long wait to get ahold of a live representative that can walk you through any issues. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because it is not as easy to sync with quickbooks as they promised.

I liked how easy it was to ask questions and get direct answers! I can't wait to get this so I feel like I am that closer to opening my business. Thank you so much!

We’ve been with brilliant POS for just over a month and I’ve been so impressed with the ease of use. We went from 4 hrs at the end of the month to 15 min to fill our monthly sales tax reports! Why did I wait so long to get on board ?? We should have go rid of handling our payments via the card reader connected to our phones years ago! So much easier this way!

Everyone on the service team was nothing but helpful and kind! I have already told several people to go through Brilliant POS! Highly recommend!

Delivery was fast and setup was very easy. Sales Team was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products answering any questions we had about the system.
