I had a great experience with Justin, the salesperson. He was so concerned and helpful. He followed up with me constantly to see if the device was working properly. He is a great asset to the company.

Opened business Friday morning and mini wouldn't work. Called Justin and he got service on phone and they determined it was bad. Justin got me a new one to be mailed out ASAP. Very happy.
