He was the most knowledgeable and responsive loan representatives I have worked with. He covers all of the details without question. His customer service was fantastic! Overall - it was a pleasant experience. We did have some trouble getting timely answers to certain questions and got a number of incomplete responses. However, they did deliver on saving me money and time in closing. And even when we made some late term changes, they were able to accommodate.
