Don’t listen to any of the poor reviews, this place is great to deal with. Ordered my New Era cap on Sunday, dispatched on Monday, received on Thursday. Product is legit with original tags etc. Very happy.

Cairns Central staff are 5 star!! ⭐️
Amazing service recently from all the Cairns Central staff. We had limited time and required 3 sets of sunglasses for different family members. Fast, happy, honest service, & staff members listened to our requirements. Very happy with the glasses we now own. 😊

Purchased twice, will purchase more
Purchased twice. First time my order came within a week (I got free standard shipping not expedited). Second time I ordered and got free express shipping as I got 4 pairs and the order arrived next day. From this order one of my lenses had a tear and they simply asked me to send a photo (didn’t have to send the lenses back) and they offered me a refund or replacement. The staff were understanding and polite to me and I will order again as the colors are very natural but also pigmented, unlike some other brands I’ve tried.
