Slow process too many hold ups
Slow process too many hold ups. Clarity was not there on what was expected for the RCL and contractor 's bid.

Our offices and some of our vendors were impacted by weather related issues recently and that may have contributed to some holdups with closings. In addition, there is a national shortage of real estate appraisers and we have found that often it is taking longer for appraisals to be completed and unfortunately that is out of our control. Regarding the rehab credit line, we do ensure that a document explaining the process is provided to our customers at or before closing. We always encourage our customers to contact their Account Executive (AE) to clarify any questions that they may have about their transaction. Please reach out to your AE with your specific suggestions or concerns. We would like to contribute to your success as a Real Estate Investor and we strive to continuously improve our processes. We are evolving to meet our Customers' needs and this is extremely important to us. In fact, we are designing new loan products so that Investors can come to close with as little as 15% of the Total Cost to Close (TCC: Purchase Price+Rehab+Closing Costs), a re-vamped Rehab Credit Line (RCL) to include weekly Rehab draws, increased LTV's and also some investment properties with pre-approved financing. I wanted to taken a moment to acknowledge Bridgewell Capital and Brad White
I wanted to taken a moment to acknowledge Brad White for his outstanding level of customer service. We were referred to Bridgewell and Brad specifically by another Property Investor. We have spoken with Brad many time and have corresponded with him via email on multiple occasions as well. Brad has truly been amazing. His consistent follow up and follow through skills are second to none. Brad never made us feel that we were annoying him with the barrage of questions that we asked him. The way that he made us feel and the amount of time that he set a side to provide clarity and understanding around Bridgewell's program was extremely impressive. I must say that we've had the opportunity to speak with several Hard Money Lenders. However, Brad's positive attitude and level of service never wavered. We closed with Bridgewell due to Brad's knowledge, unwavering support, and customer service first attitude. Brad White is a shining example of what servant leadership is all about! Brad started the process for the loan …
Brad started the process for the loan and Jayme was very patient with me in order to close on the property. BridgeWell Capital values their customers and is aware of the importance of providing funding to assist customers reach their goal. I appreciate all their help so I will continue to use them for all my other purchases.

I just closed my first loan with …
I just closed my first loan with Bridgewell and was very happy with them. They move quickly and take care of business. I've used a few different rehab lenders in the past and they also have a little lower fees to start off.
