I paid $495 at the beginning of February 2026 and was promised leads where I would pay a % at closing for those leads. I haven’t received a single lead in the past nine months.

I would give them less stars if I could. They are a scam! Save your money!

FRAUD! SCAM! This company is also known as Snovio Referral. They do not provide you with the services they state they and WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND AS PROMISED if they do not deliver on their service DO NOT USE THEM!!!

LESS THAN 1 STAR! TOTAL SCAM. NOT ONE REFERRAL IN A YEAR.

Total fraud. I paid $645 up front for 42 referrals in 12 months. Four months in - not a single lead. I tried to reach the owner, Edward Robert Wolf with no reply. I contacted the support email...no reply. The refund guarantee is worthless...because he takes your money and runs. Shame on me this time.

Buyer beware. This company is a total scam! Watch out for Max, too. Smooth talker, lots of promises and all fluff. Keep your $$ and don't waste your time!

If I could give less than one star I would. I signed up with them last August for $999. I got one single lead that turned out to be a wholesaler/flipper (the ones that contact you every day). Other than that crickets. Several calls to them. They said the market is bad and promised me to work on it. But still not one single lead. I want my money back.

I signed up for the $595 plan. This included a minimum of 24 leads guaranteed. This plan guaranteed a minimum of 2 closings. I started calling in November with concerns of low lead volume. I was told to expect leads in the coming days. Nothing happened. I asked for a refund from the contract we signed and was told (and have the recorded call) that my refund was approved. I received an email that stated no refund because I had received 2 leads within the contracted time frame. I renewed my cancellation request under the 24 guaranteed lead minimum and 2 guaranteed closings at the one year mark. My calls go unanswered. Emails not responded to either. I have the recorded calls and the declination of my refund despite being told otherwise. I do not recommend this company.
