Great help with billing issue

Customer service rep was on time and was knowledgeable and efficient in the installatio.

I have had my issues recently. We have had two weeks of on again off again internet. I believe that it resulted from a local telecommunications tower being constructed by Verizon. I would like to have seen better communication between the two companies to limit interruptions is service.

Professional, polite and very helpful.

Fairview Park, Ohio...emails out since Tuesday, August 18, 2026 and 8 calls to customer service and actual techicians and 3 online chats provided NO answer. The strangest thing is I can go to my account but page not found for emails???? Seriously Trustpilot wants to send a code to my emails and I just send they don't work.

Go through the sign in on your cell phone and make a mistake intentionally. Then try to correct it. I found the software very frustrating.

I used chat to connect & got a appointment for the same day.

Technician was very knowledgeable, went about his job in a timely manner.Purpose of the appointment was achieved.
