My product came quickly! What a treat because I needed some relief as soon as possible. The brace was easy to place and certainly does exactly what it says. I was able to get rid of pain and do normal things again. I work in healthcare and it fits easily under my glove. Thank you!

I had a difficult time trying to order the correct item. Once I had selected the item that I wanted it was quite difficult time trying to get to the payment part of the order. It took four times starting over to accomplish the payment screen.

I very happy with the brace so far. It is offering support where needed to help with arthritis and trigger thumb. I work with my hands all day and have found the brace to be pretty comfortable for several hours. Time will tell how much it helps. It has only been a few days.

First of all, I believe their customer service is excellent. However, the item we ordered seemed overpriced for the type of construction and labor involved. It certainly was not designed to prevent an ankle roll that many individuals have along with the drop foot problem. We had to return it. So while the product was poor, the service was great and balanced out into the mid-range.
