I have not even received my product yet. Bc of an issue with the computers and the product i ordered then went on back order. So I’m still waiting

I don’t care for that it’s a thicker powder, I was wanting something more fine like sand texture. It tastes good but it has a bad aftertaste.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I placed an order more than two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I wasn’t given a tracking number and have no idea when it’s suppose to arrive. I’ve called and I’m told everyone is on lunch break . I’ve emailed and have yet to receive a reply.

The services is bad, cause I'm still waiting for my order that it was place 2 weeks ago.

Order still hasn't shipped, it has been over a week, and still in packing. No email stating what is going on with shipment

NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT I buy a product in January 31 and is February 15 and I still didn't receive anything and I'm trying to contact customer service and no phone number is available

Been waiting for 2 weeks now for a 5 pound container of protein. I’ve contacted support twice and haven’t heard anything back. Terrible customer service.

Never received the products I ordered. Called 3 times, first time they knew that they hadn't shipped the protein powder but blamed the post office and let me believe both items were shipped. The second time the computer system was down and they would return my call. Third time I called everyone was in a meeting aside from the person answering the phones, was told they would have to call me back, unfortunately I was hung up on before I could provide any info. Had to file a complaint with the bank so I didn't loose my money. I cannot recommend shopping with BPI.
