Horrible. By far the worst ordering experience. I ordered 5lbs of protein 16 days ago. Paid for 2-3 shipping and still haven’t received anything, i enjoyed this companies protein and have been a customer for 2 years. I will never order from this company again.

The website offers a 30 dau satisfaction guarantee. Their idea of this is to offer an exchange. They didn't reply to my second email at all. So I'm stuck with a 5lb container of disguating protein powder and am out a significant amount of money. My advice, avoid and try BioTrust (low carb) or iFit (average carb) protein powders.

I never received my order. I filled out contact us form and they never got back to me. I called customer service and nothing. Terrible customer service. I still haven’t gotten refund. Never again.
