I've honestly had my worst experience ordering from bpi which is quite disappointing because I love the products. Though I do find it completely unreasonable that I have had to deal with the amount of issues I have with my order that almost two weeks later and STILL have yet to receive my order.

Every thing I have tried from BPI has worked great and tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend it. My favorite is the watermelon ice BCAA's.

I've tried Best BCAA, Best BCAA with Energy, 1.M.R. and Best Creatine. Best BCAA is the one I will keep buying.

Love the BPI products I purchased (1MR and the BCAA) but I ordered on a Sunday. I was told by a friend who is sponsored by BPI they typically ship within two days. It took them a day for "processing" and my product arrived on Friday instead of an acceptable-ish Wednesday. I then emailed customer service, and it's been two weeks and not a word. I'm bitter about the shipping because bodybuilding.com would do anything to get me my product, regardless of where it was shipping, in two days and generally better. BPI is good on price, good on product, bad on shipping and getting in touch with anyone. One more chance?

I ordered an item off the bpi website and it did not get shipped out until a week later and will not arrive for another week. Horrible service. Two weeks just for some protein.

The whole experience was simple, fast and to the point. From looking at the user friendly website to opening the package when it arrived the process was seamless. I will absolutely continue to purchase my products this way. Thank you BPI Sports!!
