The quality of my creatine was horrible. Sent me running to the bathroom every time that I took a serving. I hope I can get a refund from this product as there is no way I will be able to use this product again.

I forgot to use the discount code so I emailed them, asking if there was anything I could do in order to get that discount. They sent me a refund for how much the discount would have covered. Not many other companies would have done that. BPI earned a lot of respect from me with that action!
