Interacting with my contact person, Shad, who listened to my comments, and offered suggestions on how to proceed. This allowed me to trust him and the company. What it boils down to, is great customer service.

Everything was smooth, very helpful. Planning on using them for my next book as well. I worked with Amy White, she was very helpful. And kept up with communication, and communication is extremely important to me.
