great quality, new favourite bag

I ordered my Errant from Germany and I had some questions regarding customs. The support team was very helpful and responded quickly. Besides that, the backpack was sent even earlier than expected which was even better. I'm very happy with my backpack and I hope it'll last a long time.

it's good, but have maturity issues compared to backpacks from other manufacturers

If there is zero star that would be my pick. Waited for more then 7mths for the paid items. No choice but to cancel the order. The only good thing was the refund was reasonably fast after a few complaints.

Bounday Supply provide a great quality bag for a reasonable price point. I've been using it for the past 4 month and I'm really happy about the purchase. You can feel the quality of the fabric, the attention to details, the water resistance (even if you drop by accident a bit of water inside due to water bottle accident, it will contain it), back breathability. The organisation of the bag really fit my needs and allows easy access to everyday use (laptop, charger, water bottle, lunchbox, pencils, keys). Definitely the best bag I ever had. The only thing they could improve is by changing the inside color to a brighter color (currently it is dark green) so that you have better visibility inside but it's a detail.

Great customer support all the way through. Incredibly responsive and they really accommodated my needs to get my products delivered while I was moving around the world. 5 stars well deserved.
