I use Boundary Supply when i go to trip for taking photo. I think these bags are very useful. I have no dissatisfanction.

Prima System is dope — not a photographer yet but aspiring to do it on the side. Love the fact that I can confidently use this bag for commuting to and from work or meetings—and I’m able to use the rain sleeve and port add on as an add on to throw gym shoes in.

It took 4-5 months to get my bag. I was told I could cancel my order after days of asking for a refund because the bag did not show up. (I texted the company 2-1/2 months after ordering it.. Text is the only way to reach them. After taking my order the website said delivery promised in 3 to 4 weeks) Bag was never canceled and refund not processed as promised. I have it now. It’s fine. Never again. Terrible and incompetent customer service.
