Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the optional add-on systems and their associated fees. Our add-ons are completely optional and designed to provide additional tools and capabilities for members who want to expand their setup. That said, we understand the importance of making those distinctions as clear as possible throughout the process.

Hey there Cassie! We’d like to clarify that these add-on systems are completely optional and are not required to use the core program. They are offered as additional tools and services for members who choose to expand their setup based on their specific business needs. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make all optional offers and pricing even clearer throughout.

We love that you’re taking action, embracing this new chapter, and using the coaching, office hours, orientations, and support available to build your game plan step by step. That mindset is exactly what creates momentum. We’re so excited to walk alongside you as you continue learning, building, and creating something meaningful for yourself and the people you’ll serve in the future.
