I think boomerboost is helping me in many ways. I feel more energy and the lignum is defiantly helping me with the hot flashes I am having. Since I started it one week ago I sometimes have only two flashes for the day, when normally I was miserable getting it back to back. I have taken vitamins and supplements for several years. After a while, I had accumulated so many bottles that it took at least 10-12 minutes to get the pills out of the bottles. When I did get everything ready to ingest, there was almost two handfuls of pills to take. Keeping up with the reordering was getting out of hand as well. Now I spend maybe two minutes putting everything together and drinking it down. Better yet, I have found that the list of ingredients far exceed the list of nutrients that I was taking before. Way to go Boomers! I even have more energy now.
