Working with Books Publishing company is an experience I will not forget for all good reasons. When I decided to embark on the journey of publishing a children’s book I wasn’t quite sure where to turn. I got into contact with Cheryl-Ann from the company who endeavoured to help me every step of the way. She provided a service that exceeded my expectations and provided me with so much confidence and useful strategies and tips to make my book even better and go even further. We have been in daily contact and her dedication has been wonderful. I live in Australia and knew the difficulties of manoeuvring different time-zones but Cheryl-Ann and the team went of of their way to ensure daily contact through emails, check-ins and weekly phone calls which made the experience 10/10 for me. I can’t recommend the company highly enough. I was even unwell for a week and Cheryl-Ann made sure to check on me which goes above and beyond anything I expected from her. I wouldn’t and couldn’t recommend anyone else to work with and I plan to work with her again in the future. You won’t find a better service anywhere else!
