My experience was great. I reached out with a question and received a very prompt response. The information was a big help. It was nice to get this type of customer service that was focused on trust and partnership.

Overall the experience has been pretty good. The prints have gotten to the people and they have enjoyed them. The challenge has been getting royalties through the process. Not the end of the world but easy to track. The Support team has been responsive.

The books turned out great, but I regret a couple of my choices. When I order more, I'll do them in gloss and I've moved the title to the left a bit. Nothing was done wrong on your end.
